We had the first qualitative symposium in the Caribbean October 2007. The keynote speakers were Professor Soyini Madison (USA) & Prof Hyacinth Evans (Jamaica). We are still in the process of consolidating the Qualitative inquiry in the Caribbean association. Also we are presently working on publishing the proceedings from the 2007 symposium. postdoctoral fellows, and students at the institute conduct research that is directly related to methodological development.
