LIMITED FEE WAIVER

Please be aware that this conference is primarily funded by registration fees. There are a limited number of conference fee waivers available. Please note that workshop fees cannot be waived.

There are two methods of applying to have conference fees waived:

1) If you'd like to volunteer up to 8 hours of work time to the congress, your conference fee will be waived. Send an email to Volunteer@QI2005.org before the end of regular registration (15 April 2005) expressing your interest in volunteering.

2) You may request an unconditional conference fee waiver by sending us an email before the end of regular registration (15 April 2005) at the address Waiver@QI2005.org.
